Responsibilities

Build new and maintain existing customer relationships and identify their needs and demands

Fully understand and master AN-SN (Animal Nutrition-Specialty Nutrition) value proposition and go-to-market model

Support development of an agile customer-oriented strategy and execution that meet the evolving needs of the industry

Plan daily activity including customers to visits, market activities, and reporting to utilize time and resources effectively to achieve defined budget

Prepare contracts and proposals to ensure successful outcome of transactions, and manage customer’s payment within agreed terms, follow up orders and coordinate product and service delivery

Record and report each on-site visit in CRM system (MS Dynamics) with detailed information on current status of business development, opportunities, customer’s needs, feedback, and issues, to maintain comprehensive customer management files

Collect, share and provide data and information on market trend and competitors’ market activities so as to help company develop selling strategy and keep competitive edge in the market

Prepare annual budget, and provide 4-month rolling forecast on monthly basis

Participate in special projects/programs as assigned such as new product launches and new marketing initiatives.

Requirements

University degree (M V Sc/M Sc) in Veterinary Medicine/ Animal Nutrition/ Physiology or experienced field Veterinarian

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a comparable position as described below

Experience in selling specialty products especially health related feed additives (e.g. DFMs/probiotics, prebiotics, organic acids…)

Strong abilities to sell novel products and concepts

Advocate for novel/innovative feed additives, understands the concept of health-related feed additives and is able to convince others

Customer centric approach; understands and able to communicate with different roles at the customer (e.g. live operations manager, nutritionist and veterinarian)

Ability to speak science as well as business (e.g. translate scientific results into sales arguments)

Willingness to “create and develop”; “start-up mentality”; “motivates/encourages others”

Focus Species: Monogastric livestock (Poultry, Swine), experience with ruminants would be a plus

Team player; networking skills (internal, external)

Business hunting mentality

Leadership skills

Strong communication & presentation skills

English and Thai is mandatory. Other languages skills would be plus
