The candidate will be responsible for:
- Visiting doctors, specialists, clinics, and hospitals regularly to build long-term referral relationships.
- Identify, develop, and maintain a strong network of referring physicians and healthcare partners.
- Organize Continuing Medical Education (CME) programs, awareness sessions, and doctor engagement activities.
- Plan and coordinate patient screening camps, specialist consultation camps, and health awareness programs.
- Follow up with referred patients and coordinate with the India team for appointments, travel, and treatment.
- Develop partnerships with corporate organizations, NGOs, TPAs, and medical assistance companies.
- Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly referral and revenue targets.
- Maintain an updated database of doctors, hospitals, and referral partners.
- Prepare weekly activity reports, market intelligence, and competitor analysis.
- Represent Max Healthcare at medical conferences, exhibitions, and networking events.
- Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management throughout the patient journey.s
