Accountabilities:Â
Manage and grow existing customer relationships in the field of feed additives, with a strong focus on long-term cooperationÂ
Proactively identify and acquire new customers in the Northern Germany regionÂ
Conduct expert-level consultations with customers – practical, professional, and on equal footingÂ
Monitor market trends and competitors to develop and refine sales strategiesÂ
Collaborate closely within a compact and agile regional teamÂ
Coordinate customer needs internally to ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and service qualityÂ
Provide regular market feedback and support the continuous development of our portfolioÂ
Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and trade fairsÂ
Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both external customers and internal teamsÂ
Qualifications:Â
A solid background in animal nutrition, veterinary science, or agricultureÂ
5+ years of experience in sales of feed additivesÂ
Strong professional network in the feed or agribusiness industry, especially in Northern GermanyÂ
A true passion for sales – you’re persuasive, approachable, and solution-drivenÂ
High level of self-motivation, structure, and accountabilityÂ
Willingness to travel within the region – strong customer relationships matter to youÂ
Advanced English communication skills, both oral and writtenÂ
Driving license B categoryÂ
