Partnering with PATENT CO., our sister company within the Feed Additives Business of RWA, we deliver innovative, high-quality solutions to the global feed industry. 

 

Your territory: Northern Germany

Superior: Regional Sales Director DACH  

Accountabilities: 

Manage and grow existing customer relationships in the field of feed additives, with a strong focus on long-term cooperation 

Proactively identify and acquire new customers in the Northern Germany region 

Conduct expert-level consultations with customers – practical, professional, and on equal footing 

Monitor market trends and competitors to develop and refine sales strategies 

Collaborate closely within a compact and agile regional team 

Coordinate customer needs internally to ensure optimal product availability, pricing, and service quality 

Provide regular market feedback and support the continuous development of our portfolio 

Represent the company at regional industry events, conferences, and trade fairs 

Act as a trusted advisor and sparring partner for both external customers and internal teams 

Qualifications: 

A solid background in animal nutrition, veterinary science, or agriculture 

5+ years of experience in sales of feed additives 

Strong professional network in the feed or agribusiness industry, especially in Northern Germany 

A true passion for sales – you’re persuasive, approachable, and solution-driven 

High level of self-motivation, structure, and accountability 

Willingness to travel within the region – strong customer relationships matter to you 

Advanced English communication skills, both oral and written 

Driving license B category
