As part of InvoCare, Patch & Purr is a leading pet cremation provider with a national presence. We partner with veterinarians and their clients to provide compassionate aftercare services, supporting grieving families with empathy and expertise.

About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will drive the growth of our pet cremation services by nurturing long-term relationships and establishing new partnerships with veterinary clinics and clients. This role blends sales expertise with empathy, ensuring exceptional service while expanding our reach.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain strong relationships with veterinary clinics to drive business growth.

Identify and onboard new veterinary partners and clients.

Expand relationships with existing clients to enhance service adoption.

Stay informed on industry trends, emerging services, and competitors.

Conduct training sessions for veterinary staff on our services.

Represent Patch & Purr at industry conferences and expos.

Collaborate with the National Relationship Manager and Marketing team on growth initiatives.

Complete reporting and administrative tasks as needed.

About You

Proven experience in a business development or sales role.

Ability to manage a large sales territory and meet growth targets.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.

Client-focused with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Veterinary industry experience is desirable but not essential.

Valid driver’s licence required.
