Baxter’s K9 Complex is looking for a dependable and caring team member to join our boarding staff. Our boarding team plays a critical role in making sure every dog in our care feels safe, structured, and understood. We pride ourselves on catering to dogs as individuals- recognizing that every dog has different needs, routines, and comfort levels. What you’ll be doing
- Providing individualized care to boarding dogs
- Maintain kennel cleanliness and facility sanitation
- Monitoring each dog’s behavior, apetite, and overall well-being
- Administering feeding and basic care routines
- Ensuring dogs receive appropriate rest, structure, and enrichment
- Communicating observations clearly with management and staff
What we’re looking for
- Dependable and punctual
- Calm, observant, and attentive to details
- Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and temperaments
- Able to follow structured routines and care plans
- Team-oriented and professional
- Previous animal care experience is helpful but not required
Compensation
Competitive hourly pay based on experience. Part-time position with potential for additional hours.
