Ground Systems is seeking dedicatedCrew Membersto join our Blue Ash team. As a Crew Member, you will be responsible for providing high-quality landscaping services, including mowing, planting, trimming, sod laying, fertilizing, and general groundskeeping tasks using both hand and power tools.

Key Responsibilities:
Landscaping and Groundskeeping
Pruning and Trimming
Perennial Bed Maintenance
Equipment Knowledge and Maintenance

Job Requirements:
Must be at least 18 years of age and eligible to work in the U.S.
Basic Englishcommunication skillsrequired (both spoken and understood)
Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Must use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and always followsafety protocols
Previous landscaping or groundskeeping experience is preferred, but not required
Strongattention to detailand acommitment to high-qualitywork
Positive attitude, good work ethic, and the ability to work well with a team
