Job Opportunity: Part-Time Bather/Kennel Attendant
We are looking to hire a part-time bather/kennel attendant for about 20 to 30 hours a week. Bathing hours would generally be on certain weekday mornings, and some Saturdays from 7am till 1pm. Kennel hours would vary depending on when we need help, especially on weekends and holidays.
Bather Duties:
- Bathing dogs
- Nail clipping/filing
- Interaction with clients
- Some cleaning
Kennel Duties:
- Monitoring dogs in daycare
- Walking, feeding/medications
- Cleaning
- Taking care of overnight cats
- Some interaction with clients
Requirements:
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
- Handle dogs and cats with different temperaments
- Prior experience preferred but not required
Pay:
- Starts at $14.00 an hour
