LA Quality Pet Care (LAQPC) is a privately owned, single-doctor, small animal practice looking to add a lead veterinarian.
An ideal candidate is someone who has an interest in providing high-quality medicine and likes all parts of general practice: preventive care, diagnostics, surgery and dentistry.
The clinic has been in the community for over 50 years and has both a very loyal client base as well as a continuous stream of new clients. We offer Urgent Care on Sundays and try to take in as many walk-ins during the week. Our relationship with Animal Control and City Council is something we are proud of, being a pillar of the community for everyone’s fur family.
For this position, our salary and sign-on is flexible. Our main goal is to find the right person that will add on to our reputation as a pillar in the community. The compensation range is $200,000-$300,000+ dependent on experience, desired, work-schedule, attitude, and aptitude.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent degree required
State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
