A well-established veterinary clinic in Crawfordville, Florida, is looking to add an Associate Veterinarian to their growing team. Key Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and professional guidance within the clinic, maintaining a culture of trust and respect
Mentor and support the development of support staff through the internal Level Up clinical training program
Build and strengthen relationships with clients, enhancing the human-animal bond
Manage a diverse caseload, including surgeries and routine appointments, ensuring all care is delivered within designated time frames
Qualifications:
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program)
Active veterinary license in good standing (or the ability to obtain a state license)
