You Are
- US‑licensed DVM or equivalent, comfortable in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing hospital setting.
- Confident with soft‑tissue surgeries, or eager to expand into orthopedics.
- Collaborative, curious, and ready to jump into whatever the day brings.
- Adaptable and calm under high‑pressure situations.
- Passionate about high‑quality care, relationship building, and making a real impact.

Base salary range: $145k‑$155k (or higher) based on experience and production. Options for sign‑on bonus, relocation, and custom compensation.
