Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Veterinarians to join our At Home Services team. In this role, you will provide primary veterinary care including consultations, diagnostics, vaccinations, treatments, and health check-ups at the homes of pet parents. You will be supported by trained para-veterinary staff and integrated into a tech-enabled ecosystem designed to deliver superior client experiences and patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality at-home veterinary services, including general consultations, diagnostics, routine vaccinations, treatments, and follow-ups.
Perform clinical evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and wellness checks for companion animals (primarily dogs and cats).
Collaborate with para-veterinary assistants and coordinate care as per Supertails SOPs.
Educate pet parents on animal health, nutrition, preventive care, and behavior management.
Maintain accurate digital medical records using Supertails’ proprietary platform.
Ensure safe and hygienic practices during visits, following all infection control protocols.
Participate in regular training sessions and continuous learning programs.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and uphold Supertails’ values of empathy, trust, and innovation.
Requirements:
Degree : BVSc & AH from a recognized institution.
0–3 years of experience in small animal practice; fresh graduates are welcome.
Comfortable with home visit protocols and working in a field-based, client-facing role.
Strong clinical knowledge and good communication skills.
Basic proficiency in using digital tools (app-based EMR, video consultations, etc.).
Ability to travel locally within the service area.
