Job Description:
As an Associate Veterinarian at Trail Pet Hospital, you will be responsible for:
Providing compassionate care to both pets and their owners
Utilizing your skills to handle small animals with precision
Reacting quickly and making informed decisions under pressure to ensure the well-being of animals
Demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills with clients and colleagues
Using medical technology for accurate diagnosis, research, and surgery of animals
Collaborating with a dedicated and skilled support team to deliver excellent care
What We’re Looking For:
DVM or equivalent degree
A compassionate and empathetic attitude toward animals and their owners
Strong decision-making skills, especially under pressure
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work extended hours and on demand when needed
Knowledge and understanding of animal behavior
Comfort with using medical technology during diagnosis, research, and surgery
Open to new graduates and those with experience
Negotiation is available for seasoned vets looking to grow in a supportive environment
