$130K–$160K base salary, depending on experience!
22% production bonus,

What We’re Looking For:
Must have a Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine
Must have a current license in the state you are practicing in
Minimum 2-3 years clinical experience
Skilled in routine surgeries and dental procedures
Committed to client education and communication
A team-first mindset with a focus on collaboration over competition
A calm, confident communicator who leads with humility and integrity
Someone who wants to build something steady and meaningful, not just fill a shift
