Position: Full or Part time Associate Veterinarian
Issaquah Veterinary Hospital (IVH) is a privately owned small animal practice located in the beautiful community of Issaquah Washington (just east of Seattle). We are fortunate that many local residents are invested in high quality care for their pets, allowing our associates the opportunity to practice exceptional medicine and surgery. IVH has an excellent practice culture focusing on compassionate care for our patients and a collaborative, respectful and professional environment for the members of our staff.
The ideal candidate would have a strong work ethic and would share our passion for a team centered, empathetic approach to patient care.
The veterinary associate position ranges between 27 and 36 hours per week depending on part time or full time interest. This position includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401k, annual CE allotment, and vacation benefits. We offer a Pro Sal based income with 25% of production earned with annual salary ranging between $90,000.00 and $ depending on part time or full time employment with no negative accrual.
We are also offering a $5000 sign on bonus with a $5000 retention bonus at the completion of 1 year of employment.

Provide high-quality veterinary care to a diverse range of animals, ensuring their health and well-being.
Conduct thorough examinations and diagnose medical conditions, perform comprehensive oral health assessments and treatments as well as soft tissue surgery. Administer treatments, vaccinations, and medications while employing proper animal handling and restraint techniques.
Communicate effectively with pet owners regarding care plans and preventive measures.
Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate with veterinary staff to ensure optimal patient care.
