We are a privately-owned, 7-veterinarian practice in Hillsburgh, Ontario, known for collaborative culture, high-quality care, and expertise in small animal reproduction.

On-Call that is fair, supported, and worth it
We know on-call is often the dealbreaker—so we’ve built a system that is predictable, shared, and well compensated:
- Shared among 4 veterinarians
- Approximately 1 weekday per week and 1 weekend in 4
- Supported by highly skilled, independent technicians—you are not working alone
- Compensation includes:
Emergency exam fees paid directly to you
50% of professional fees invoiced
This is not high-volume emergency overload. It is a controlled, supported system where your time and expertise are respected.
