A partner hospital in Bainbridge, GA is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Associate Veterinarian to join their multi-doctor team. This vibrant and collaborative practice values building lasting relationships with clients and providing exceptional care to their patients. With diagnostic tools such as digital x-ray, ultrasound, and surgical laser, the hospital offers a state-of-the-art environment where veterinarians can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship-Based Care:
Provide compassionate care to animals and clients while building long-term relationships within the community.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the clinical team and leadership, fostering a positive and engaging work environment.
Mentorship:
Support the development and growth of staff through internal Level Up training programs.
Caseload Management:
Manage a variety of cases, including surgeries and appointments during the hospital’s open hours, ensuring efficient patient care.
Client Communication:
Effectively communicate with clients regarding their animals’ health and well-being, offering guidance and advice on treatment plans.
Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:
DVM/VMD degree from an AVMA-accredited veterinary college (or successful completion of the ECFVG or PAVE program).
Active license to practice in the state of Georgia (or the ability to obtain a license).
Experience in small animal medicine; knowledge or interest in large animal and equine medicine is a plus.
Proficiency in diagnostics, surgery, and client communication.
