Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000–$200,000+
Production Bonus with (No Negative Accrual)
Signing Bonus: Up to $50,000
Continuing Education: $2,000 annually plus paid CE days
Paid Time Off: 3 weeks plus paid holidays
Retirement: 401(k) with employer match
