Their brand-new, spacious facility is designed to provide a comfortable and efficient environment for both their clients and staff. The hospital features a welcoming reception area, three examination rooms, two surgical suites, a dedicated diagnostic suite kennels, an in-house lab, and much more! The hospital is equipped with modern tools and toys, including Ultrasound, ECG, Digital, and Dental X-ray systems, ensuring you have everything you will need to deliver outstanding care. Their services span from Wellness care, vaccinations, and dental to advanced surgical procedures, diagnostics, and alternative treatments such as acupuncture and cryosurgery.
You’ll be joining a knowledgeable team, working alongside their hospital owners, who, between them, have over 50 years of experience. With specific interests in internal medicine, cardiology, and ophthalmology, you can be sure that you will be fully supported in your development if you have some clinical interests you would like to develop. Aside from the strong doctor team, you can have access to a dedicated tech, assistants, and support from the hospital manager.
The clinic believes in maintaining a healthy work-life balance, with flexible scheduling on offer, but ideally, we would be looking for someone to cover 4 x 10-hour shifts with every third or fourth Saturday morning included, too. A dedicated and experienced team of veterinarians with whom to collaborate daily.
Plans to grow the clinic to a 4-doctor clinic, currently operates with 2 doctors full time.
Joining a growing team with dedicated techs per doctor, hospital manager, and many assistants.
4 days per week with 1 Saturday morning in every third or fourth week.
No on-call, after-hours, or emergency work is required.
About you:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree or equivalent.
To hold or have a Colorado veterinary board license, which MUST be in good standing.
Someone who takes pride in their work and strives to provide the best outcome to their patients and their owners.
High degree of integrity and accountability.
Able to work as part of a collaborative team environment.
Benefits:
Amazing salary between $140,000-$180,000, dependent upon experience.
