C4 Veterinary Hospital in Longview, Texas is looking for an associate to add to our team and expand the practice. We currently have several excellent relief doctors but it’s time to add a full-time veterinarian to work alongside us.
We have a tenured support staff with exceptional work ethic, attitude and bond creating an efficient and uplifting environment for us and our clients.
Expect a 4‑day work week and no after‑hours emergencies. We work hard while we are here, but we prioritize the health of our team for the sake of our community. When we are happy and healthy, we are able to offer our clients the very best of us.
I am happy to mentor new graduates which will lessen the strain and pressure of developing your craft and facilitate the confidence and competence you hope for.
The hospital is fully equipped with digital radiography, digital dental radiography, ultrasound and Idexx CBC and chemistry.

Compensation
- Base salary of $100,000 to $150,000 per year, plus production bonuses.
- Sign‑on and retention bonus of $20,000.
- Salary negotiable based on experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and other relevant credentials.
