Compensation & Benefits
$115,000-$150,000 base salary (negotiable)
$10,000Sign-on bonus
$2,500 Relocation assistance
Medical insurance stipend
$2,500 CE stipend + CE days
No on-call/emergency responsibilities
3 weeks PTO year one, 4 weeks PTO year two and 6 paid holidays
Parental leave paid in full for 4 weeks and FMLA up to 10 weeks
Short-term & Long-term liability insurance offered through Aflac
Dues and license allowance
