This role is a high-impact, field-driven recruitment leadership position representing multiple medical education institutions across assigned territories. You will be responsible for building awareness, generating interest, and driving application growth among prospective students pursuing careers in medicine and veterinary medicine. Operating at the intersection of recruitment, partnerships, and strategic outreach, you will develop strong relationships with academic institutions, advisors, and community stakeholders. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution, including events, presentations, and partnership development. It requires a strong ability to influence, engage diverse audiences, and deliver measurable enrollment outcomes. This is a highly dynamic position suited for a motivated professional who thrives in travel-heavy, externally facing environments and enjoys making a direct impact on student pathways.
Accountabilities
- Develop and execute territory recruitment strategies aligned with organizational growth objectives, including market analysis and opportunity identification.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with colleges, universities, advisors, and external influencers to strengthen recruitment pipelines.
- Plan and deliver engaging in-person and virtual events, presentations, workshops, and information sessions to prospective students.
- Drive inquiry generation and conversion of prospects into completed applications through targeted outreach and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns, messaging, and co-branded initiatives that enhance recruitment impact.
- Represent institutions at conferences, regional events, and education fairs while ensuring compliance with internal policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and performance reporting to track territory results and optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment, sales, field marketing, or partnership development roles.
- Strong track record of building external relationships and influencing stakeholders in education or similar sectors.
- Excellent presentation and public speaking skills with confidence engaging large and diverse audiences.
- Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 80% within assigned territory, including occasional weekends.
- Strong organizational, communication, and CRM/data management skills.
