What You’ll Be Accountable For
- Driving Operational Excellence: Ensure smooth onboarding and compliance for new vendors.
- Customer Success: Build long-term relationships by improving satisfaction and retention.
- Scaling Marketplace Operations: Manage increased vendor volume and streamline processes for registered vendors.
- Global Coordination: Align local and international practices for consistency and scalability.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in operations leadership, preferably in marketplaces or high-growth environments.
- Strong strategic thinking and ability to execute operational plans effectively.
- Hands-on experience with ERP and CRM tools.
