- Coordinate with hospital Director, Deputy Director, Nursing Superintendent for operating overall management of hospital IPD, OPD and emergency
- Look after the duties of Junior, Consultant, RP/RS, Registrar, Asst. Registrar, Medical officer and Intern Doctors
- Ensure proper training and distribution of Intern doctors as per log book.
- Ensure proper medical waste disposal management, infection control and quality medical care.
- Coordinate and ensure proper management of Critical Care Units like: ICU, HDU, NICU, PICU, emergency, Postoperative etc.
- Ensure smooth patient flow and service delivery in all points OPD, IPD, OT, Diagnostic Labs, Pharmacy etc.
- Development and implement of SOPs and operational strategies.
Requirements
- Experience: 5 years
- Education:
- Skills: medical staff supervision, daily operations management, patient records management, pharmacy operations, healthcare management, hospital medicine, critical care management, hospital information systems
