Role Description
We are looking for motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Supervisors to join our growing sales team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, promoting our portfolio of dairy and agricultural solutions and achieving sales targets within your assigned territory. The position requires regular travel, customer visits and close collaboration with our technical and service teams to deliver excellent customer support.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dairy farms and key customers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations and customer meetings.
- Follow up on sales opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with technical and after-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts and market updates.
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites, exhibitions and industry events.
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in DVM, Animal Sciences, Agriculture, Agribusiness or a related field.
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in the dairy, livestock, agriculture, veterinary or agricultural machinery industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively.
