We’re Hiring: Area Sales Manager (ASM) – Veterinary
Apex Biotical Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive the growth of our veterinary product portfolio and strengthen our presence in the poultry sector.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to achieve business and sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, poultry farms, and corporate clients
• Identify new business opportunities and expand market coverage within the assigned territory
• Develop and manage distribution networks to ensure effective product availability
• Understand market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to support business growth
• Conduct regular market visits and maintain strong engagement with key customers
• Negotiate commercial terms and develop long-term business relationships
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales and distribution activities
• Prepare sales reports, market feedback, and business development updates for management
Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant sales experience in the pharmaceutical or veterinary industry
• DVM or relevant degree
• Proven experience in B2B sales, distribution, and market development
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
• Good understanding of the poultry/veterinary market and relevant customer segments
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
