Job Overview
Cyber System Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled and motivated AR Medical Billing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in U.S. medical billing, Accounts Receivable (AR), claims submission, insurance follow-ups, and denial management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and follow up on outstanding medical claims and AR accounts.
- Submit and resubmit claims through various insurance and claims submission portals.
- Perform denial management and identify the root causes of claim denials.
- Review rejected, denied, and unpaid claims and take appropriate corrective action.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with insurance companies regarding pending and unpaid claims.
- Verify claim status through payer portals and insurance websites.
- Work on aging AR and ensure timely resolution of outstanding balances.
- Maintain accurate records of claim follow-ups and account activity.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve billing and claim-related issues.
- Meet assigned productivity, quality, and collection targets.
Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in U.S. Medical Billing / Accounts Receivable (AR) preferred.
- Hands-on experience with medical claims submission portals.
- Strong understanding of Denial Management and AR follow-up.
- Knowledge of U.S. healthcare insurance and medical billing processes.
- Fluency in English with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic to intermediate MS Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in an evening/night shift.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Lahore.
