Responsibilities
Animal care and husbandry; animal feeding, handling, observation, enrichment and training.
Support veterinary procedures.
Maintenance and upgrading of enclosures.
Data recording and reports.
Ensure cleanliness and safety of workplace, tools and equipment.
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Aquaculture, Marine Biology, Life Sciences or equivalent.
1 to 5 years of work experience in public aquarium, aquaculture facility or equivalent.
Possess SCUBA certification (preferably at Rescue Diver).
Confident to work in an aquatic environment.
Animal husbandry knowledge and passion to work with animals.
Able to perform shift work, including weekends and public holidays.
Physically fit and able to lift 15kg of weight.
