Shift: Day 5×8-Hour (07:00 – 16:00)
JOB SUMMARY:
Feed, water, and provide general care to animals.
Clean and maintain animal living environments (cages, pens, etc.).
Monitor animal health and behavior, reporting any concerns to veterinarians or supervisors.
Assist in the breeding and reproduction programs when applicable.
Assist veterinarians and researchers in performing medical examinations, surgeries, or tests.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Help collect biological samples, such as blood, urine, and tissue, for diagnostic purposes.
Keep accurate records of animal care, treatments, health status, and behavior.
Record experimental data in research settings.
Ensure that animals are kept comfortable and stress is minimized during handling.
Clean and sanitize equipment and animal enclosures.
Safely handle and restrain animals during procedures.
Ensure that all equipment is functioning correctly and safely.
Provide enrichment activities or materials for the animals to keep them mentally and physically stimulated.
Follow animal welfare laws and institutional protocols.
Ensure that all activities are in compliance with ethical standards, including proper animal treatment and safety.
Requirement:
