Animal Shelter Kennel Assistant (Part-Time)
Location: Falls Churh (7 Corners)
Pay: $14.00–$14.50/hour
Do you love animals and aren’t afraid of a little hard work? We’re looking for a dependable, hard-working person to help keep our animal shelter clean, safe, and running smoothly for the animals in our care.
Job Duties:
- Clean animal kennels and cages (dogs, cats, and other small animals)
- Sweep, mop, take out trash
- Wash dishes, do laundry
- Feed animals and assist with basic daily care
- Perform physically demanding tasks including standing, lifting, and moving throughout the day
Requirements:
- Comfortable working around animals (especially dogs and cats)
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on your feet most of the day
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Willing to get dirty and work hard in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in animal care or cleaning is a plus but not required

Schedule:
- Part-time position
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays (we’re open every day to care for the animals)
