Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and attentive Ragdoll kitten helper to join our compassionate pet care team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our adorable Ragdoll kittens receive timely, nutritious feedings in a safe and loving environment. Your enthusiasm for animal care and attention to detail will help promote healthy growth and happiness for each kitten. Responsibilities
- Feed Ragdoll kittens according to scheduled routines, ensuring proper portion sizes and nutritional balance
- Monitor each kitten’s health, activity levels, and behavior during feeding times, reporting any concerns to the veterinary team
- Maintain a clean and hygienic feeding area, including sterilizing bowls and equipment after each use
- Record feeding times, quantities, and observations accurately in the daily log for tracking growth and health progress
- Assist with socialization activities to help kittens become comfortable around humans and other animals
- Support the overall wellbeing of the kittens by providing gentle handling and comfort during feeding sessions
- Follow all safety protocols related to animal handling and hygiene standards
Skills
- Passionate about animal care with a genuine love for kittens and young animals
- Strong attention to detail to ensure proper feeding schedules and hygiene practices are maintained
- Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding feeding routines and health monitoring
- Good communication skills for documenting observations clearly and accurately
- Basic knowledge of animal nutrition principles is a plus
- Familiarity with handling small animals safely and gently
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a positive attitude in a dynamic environment
