We’re looking for a compassionate, capable Animal Care Assistant to join our fast-paced, high-functioning team. If you’re a veterinary assistant or technician with experience in patient care, restraint, surgical prep, or treatment room flow—and you thrive in a setting where accountability and collaboration matter—we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
You’ll play a key role in helping the clinic run smoothly—on the floor and behind the scenes. Your responsibilities may include:
Assisting DVMs during exams and procedures
Patient handling, restraint, and care
Cleaning, stocking, and maintaining treatment and surgical areas
Helping train and support junior team members
Participating in daily rounds and cross-functional support
Communicating clearly with both clients and teammates
What We’re Looking For
1+ years experience in a veterinary setting (hospital, ER, or general practice) ideal
Confidence with restraint, patient monitoring, and multi-tasking
Emotional steadiness under pressure and the ability to take initiative
Respect for structure, cleanliness, and protocol adherence
A willingness to grow, take feedback, and support the whole team
