The Animal Hospital of Fate is seeking experienced Veterinary Assistant/Technicians. The hospital is family owned by a husband and wife team. The job entails assisting the doctors in examinations, surgeries, and laboratory testing. Other duties include answering phones, scheduling appointments, and animal care. Qualifications
Veterinary technician experience
Proficient in animal handling and restraint techniques
Knowledge of veterinary terminology and animal physiology
Experience with animal catheterization and pet care
Familiarity with kennel operations and animal husbandry
Understanding of dental terminology and veterinary critical care
Relevant skills in dog training, grooming, and X-Ray procedures
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $18.00 per hour
