Cool Springs area small animal veterinary practice is looking for an outgoing customer service representative to join our team. If you are a responsible, driven individual with a heart for taking care of our clients, and providing excellent customer service, we want to hear from you.
The veterinary customer service representative is responsible for being the voice of our practice, answering multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments, processing payments and being a liaison between our clients and staff. The representative will also occasionally assist the veterinarian in their duties with patients.

Our hours of operation of M-F 7:30-5:30 and the first and third Saturdays. We are looking for someone who would work 4 – 10 hour weekdays and 1 – 4 hour Saturday shift per month.
