The AI Specialist will be responsible for leveraging AI and machine learning. You will focus on automating manual processes, improving data analysis and deploying AI-powered solutions for clinical, research and administrative functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement an AI strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Ensure compliance with regulations in AI deployments
- AI adoption road-map and implementation plan
- Identify manual processes that can be automated using AI
- Automated workflows and process efficiency reports
- Develop AI-driven predictive analytics
Education:
- Degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Machine Learning, Engineering, Bioinformatics, or Healthcare Informatics
- Strong foundation in AI, machine learning and data analytics
- 3 – 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, and data science
- Hands-on experience in developing and deploying AI models
- Experience with data platforms, cloud environments, and database management
- Experience with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, and Pytorch)
- Strong knowledge of Python, R, SQL and / or Java for AI model development
Location: Parktown
