Details
Secours Islamique France (SIF) is an international non-governmental organization founded in 1991, dedicated to providing humanitarian relief and development aid to vulnerable populations regardless of origin, gender, or religion. The Administrative Coordinator will oversee financial and administrative operations in Islamabad, ensuring transparency, compliance, and efficiency while supporting the mission’s strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Support the Head of Mission in implementing the mission’s operational and financial strategy.
- Supervise accounting, financial reporting, and budget preparation for projects and annual planning.
- Manage cash flow, reconciliation, and fund transfers in compliance with SIF standards.
- Lead and mentor administrative and finance teams, overseeing recruitment and performance management.
- Prepare and submit periodic administrative and financial reports to HQ.
- Evaluate administrative systems and implement improvements where necessary.
- Ensure compliance with donor, organizational, and legal requirements.
- Maintain professionalism and responsiveness in emergency and development contexts.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a field administrator or in NGO management control.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience in project cycle management and use of IT/finance tools.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; French proficiency is an asset.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication abilities.
