Veterinary Administrative Assistant – Full Time | Healing Arts Animal Care | Beaverton, OR

Think of this role as your personal activity buffet: patient care, a dash of front desk, a sprinkle of admin magic, and a whole lot of opportunities to shine. Veterinary experience is preferred, but we’ll train the right person.

What you might do in a day:

Assist with rehab appointments and turn over rooms.

Write up records with attention to detail.

Educate clients with empathy and clarity.

Help fit a wheelchair or prosthetic.

Break down projects, research options, and present ideas.

Step in at the front desk—phones, payments, scheduling.

Help run events at our on-site conference center.

Wash towels, clean the UWTM, wipe down the bathroom.

Pitch in wherever needed—with aplomb and a smile.
