Client Communication & Front Desk Duties

Greet clients and their pets in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage online inquiries.

Schedule, confirm, and cancel appointments.

Provide information about clinic services, policies, and pet care instructions.

Administrative Tasks

Check clients in and out for appointments.

Maintain accurate client and patient records using veterinary software.

Handle filing, data entry, and other clerical duties.

Process payments and manage billing, including cash, credit, and insurance claims.

Customer Service & Support

Handle client questions, complaints, and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Communicate effectively with veterinarians and veterinary technicians to relay client information.

Follow up with clients regarding test results, appointments, and reminders.

Clinic Organization

Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies

Monitor and order office supplies as needed.

Assist with inventory and receiving deliveries.

Language

Clear, concise, and formal both English and Arabic language.
