Strong Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills to support staffing, onboarding, and employee relations.
Ability to work with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and maintain accurate digital and physical employee records.
Experience assisting with Benefits Administration and HR documentation in a structured organization.
Capability to coordinate Training activities and support staff development initiatives.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages, with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., MS Word, Excel) and general administrative support tasks.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks on-site.

Role Description The Admin & HR Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu, supporting the daily administrative and human resources operations of Samaj Dental Hospital. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, coordinating staff schedules, and supporting benefits administration. The role involves managing HR documentation, updating HR systems, and assisting with policy implementation to ensure compliance with hospital standards and local regulations. The Admin & HR Assistant will also support training coordination, staff communication, and basic office administration such as handling correspondence, preparing reports, and organizing meetings. This position works closely with the HR and management teams to help maintain an efficient, patient-focused work environment.
