Vail Resorts is seeking a Mountain Activities Attendant for seasonal positions across our resorts. The role involves guiding guests, operating recreational activities, and ensuring safety and cleanliness.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide fun, safe, and engaging experiences for guests.
- Follow safety protocols and assist youngest guests on the mountain.
- Operate activities such as Mountain Coaster, Alpine Slide, Adventure Zone, trampolines, zip lines, rope courses, and other attractions.
- Answer guest questions, verify tickets, resolve issues on the spot, and elevate guest experiences.
- Act as a positive advocate for Vail Resorts and the high-quality service.
- Help maintain cleanliness and appearance of the mountain.
- Interact inclusively with guests of varying experience levels and backgrounds.
- Adapt to a variety of tasks and daily itineraries.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Prepared to work outdoors in all weather conditions for long periods.
- Capable of standing for long periods.
- Physically able to twist, turn, pull, push, bend, squat, and lift up to 50 lbs. daily.
- Excellent communication skills with diverse guests of all ages and backgrounds.
- Background check required.
- Reliable, unsupervised work willingness; reliable transportation; punctuality.
Additional Information
Teams may work across multiple departments, including Mountain Activities, Retail Rental operations, Food and Beverage Support, Ticket sales or scanning, Lift Operations, and Base Area Operations.
The expected pay range is $20.00/hr – $22.19/hr individual compensation is based on factors such as experience.
