What You’ll Do
Lead engaging group classes and behavior modification sessions for a wide variety of dogs
Coach and support Hannah Members as they build training skills and confidence with their Pets
Provide individualized guidance using science-based, positive reinforcement methods
Mentor other trainers and help maintain consistency in training delivery and outcomes
Contribute to a collaborative team focused on Pet wellness, Member satisfaction, and retention
What You Bring
Hands-on experience as a dog trainer with a strong foundation in behavior modification
Proven success using operant and classical conditioning, including positive reinforcement, lure-reward, and behavior capture
Excellent people skills—you love teaching humans as much as training dogs
Experience in a veterinary, shelter, daycare, or similar environment is a big plus
CPDT-KA, AKC CGC Evaluator, Fear Free, or APDT affiliation preferred
Physical Requirements
Able to lift dogs up to 40 lbs
Can stand for extended periods and safely interact with Pets of all sizes and temperaments
