- Customer Service Officer: BA in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; 1+ years of experience in banking or microfinance; Duty Station: Dire Dawa, Kombolcha, Jimma, Bishoftu.
- IT Support Officer: BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information System, Computer Engineering, or related fields; 2 years of experience in related jobs in banking or microfinance; Duty Station: Bishoftu, Jimma.
- Customer Service Manager-I: BA in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; 3+ years of experience with at least 1 year in a senior position in banking or microfinance; Duty Station: Jimma, Hawassa, Kombolcha, Bishoftu.
- Senior Customer Service Officer: BA in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; 3+ years of experience with at least 1 year in banking or microfinance; Duty Station: Dire Dawa, Jimma, Hawassa, Kombolcha.
- Senior Customer Service Officer-Cash: BA in Marketing, Accounting & Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; 3+ years of experience with at least 1 year in banking or microfinance; Duty Station: Jimma, Bishoftu, Adama, Kombolcha.
- Branch Manager-III: MA/BA in Accounting & Finance, Economics, Management, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Banking & Finance, or related fields; 3–5 years of experience with at least 1 year in a managerial position in banking or microfinance; Duty Station: Jimma, Hawassa, Adama.
