We Are Hiring | Medical Director
Allawaty Clinics is looking for an experienced and qualified Medical Director to lead and oversee our medical operations and ensure the delivery of high-quality healthcare services.
Location: Sheikh Zayed, Giza
Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee all medical operations and clinical services.
– Supervise and evaluate doctors and medical staff.
– Ensure compliance with medical standards, policies, and protocols.
– Monitor quality of care and patient safety.
– Coordinate between medical, nursing, and administrative departments.
– Develop and implement medical policies and procedures.
– Monitor medical KPIs and overall clinical performance.
– Handle medical complaints and clinical incidents when required.
– Support recruitment, evaluation, and development of medical staff.
– Prepare regular medical performance reports for senior management.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Medicine (MBBS).
– Valid Medical Practice License.
– Previous experience in medical management or a supervisory role.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Good knowledge of healthcare quality and patient safety standards.
– Excellent communication and decision-making skills.
– Good command of English.
