该职位来源于猎聘 POSITION AIM职位目标：Develop and execute genetic services to PIC’s internal and external customers in China; the objective of genetic services is to deliver the genetic value of PIC products, improve customers’ genetic progress, reduce genetic lag, and reduce customers’ production costs, centered on customers. This dynamic role requires solid technical communication skills and sound theoretical knowledge of genetic improvement. 为PIC在中国的内部和外部客户开发和执行遗传服务；遗传服务的目标是传递PIC产品的遗传价值，提升客户的遗传进展，缩短遗传滞后，降低客户生产成本，以客户为中心。这个具有活力的职位需要较强的技术沟通技巧以及一定的遗传改良理论知识。 QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE 任职资格和经验：

• A minimum master’s degree in Animal Science or related field. 动物科学或相关领域硕士及以上学位。
• Candidates with experience in genetic breeding are preferred. 有遗传育种工作经验者优先。
• Excellent Communication Skills. 优秀的沟通能力。
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills 优秀的人际交往能力。
• Excellent teamwork skills. 优秀的团队协作能力。
• Excellent Computer Skills, especially in Excel. 优秀的PPT制作和演示能力。
• Travel required. 需要出差。 RESPONSIBILITIES 岗位职责:
• Provide Genetic Services to PIC customers in China – work with PIC Account teams to understand customer goals and objectives; design genetic service programs that meet those objectives. Activities include: 为PIC中国的客户提供遗传服务 – 与PIC客户团队合作，了解客户的目标和宗旨；设计满足这些目标的遗传服务计划。活动包括： oPresent to customers the value of PIC’s genetic improvement program, products and genetic program. 向客户展示PIC遗传改良计划、产品和遗传计划的价值。 oMinimizing genetic lag in customer’s herd. 最小化客户猪群的遗传滞后。 oImplement and train customers on Genetic Service tools that benefit the customer. 应用有利于客户的遗传服务工具，并对客户进行培训。 oRespond to customer questions in a timely manner. 及时响应客户问题。 oRoutine reporting to customer and account teams. 定期向客户和销售团队进行汇报。
