The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
1. Product and Solution Training: Transform complex clinical knowledge into understandable and explainable “tools” for the sales team, and regularly conduct training on products, competitor comparisons and clinical application scenarios for the internal sales and agent teams.
2. Customer Technical Support: Provide timely and accurate after-sales technical support for end customers (veterinarians), answer questions about product use, and handle consultations on complex cases.
Qualifications
1.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above;
2. Major: Veterinary Medicine
3. Work Experience: At least 2 years of clinical experience in a pet hospital; proficient in laboratory testing / internal medicine. Candidates with clinical support experience at animal medical equipment manufacturers are preferred.
4. Others: Good logical thinking, outgoing personality, positive values, excellent communication skills, team spirit, courage to accept challenges, and ability to adapt to business trips.
